I. Our Promise

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund your money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it — it provides all the details about the service or product you're purchasing.

In case of dissatisfaction with our crackers, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our policy for cancellation and refund is as follows.

II. Cancellation Policy

85% Refunded if cancelled after processing

4% Cancellation fee on processing orders

0% Refund once dispatched

Cancellation charges will be collected if a confirmed order is cancelled after processing — only 85% of the paid amount will be refunded.
The customer has to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation.
A cancellation fee of 4% is applicable on processing orders.

Due to the nature of the product, once an order has dispatched from our warehouse, no cancellation or refund can be entertained.

III. Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable crackers for our customers.
