• We accept orders all over India, except crackers-banned states and north-eastern states.
• Minimum order value for Tamil Nadu is ₹3,000; for other states, the minimum order value is ₹5,000.
• Sai Traders does not ship crackers to cities where crackers are banned.
• You can use the app to check desired products, add them to your cart, and drop your enquiry.
• Once we receive the enquiry, our customer care executive will call you to confirm and provide delivery details within 24 hours.

V. Payment Policies

• Products will be dispatched only after the entire payment is made.
• Prices quoted are inclusive of taxes and packing.
