From our godown in Chennai to your doorstep — how dispatch, delivery and logistics work.

I. Dispatch & Delivery

All confirmed orders with receipt of 100% payment in advance, which we receive before 12 Noon of each day, are dispatched on the same day from our central godown in Chennai to the respective logistics partner assigned for your destination. You can receive the products from the assigned logistics office.

Orders of more than ₹7,000 qualify for free shipping within Tamil Nadu. These products are delivered within 2 days of your order to the Koyambedu location. We deliver our products all over India.

III. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is carried out by third-party logistics agencies.
  • On every gift-box order, delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Availability of doorstep delivery to other regions of Tamil Nadu depends on the PIN code of the area.
  • If your PIN code does not fall within our delivery range, you will be instructed to collect the parcel from the local parcel service.
  • Goods will be packed only in special cartons.
